I’m Dheeraj, and this is my small home on the web. It’s where I put into words what building things has taught me, and where I keep the notes I find myself returning to.

Most of my time goes into EigenH AI, where we are building a Patient Journey OS: AI agents for the entire patient journey in healthcare practices, not just the front desk. Before that I led engineering at Circuitry.ai and was CTO of Propellor.ai. I began with applied mathematics because I liked precise problems.

The questions I write about sit between technology and practice: when machine learning is the right tool, what makes an AI system dependable, and how teams keep their judgment as they grow. Writing is how I develop a position and test it against experience.
