About
I build Agents in healthcare, and write about what I learn.
My work sits between Agents, healthcare, entrepreneurship, and the people who have to make a company work.

I’m the founder of EigenH AI. We are building a Patient Journey OS: AI agents for the entire patient journey in healthcare practices, not just the front desk.
Before EigenH AI, I led engineering at Circuitry.ai and was CTO of Propellor.ai. Earlier in my career I worked across airline operations, consumer analytics, recommendations, forecasting, and enterprise data products.
I began with applied mathematics because I liked precise problems. Entrepreneurship taught me to care just as much about the people and decisions around the system: what a customer actually needs, how a team grows, where a product fails, and when a founder needs to change direction.
The questions I write about sit between technology and practice. When is machine learning the right tool? What makes an AI system dependable? How does a startup grow without losing its judgment? How can experienced founders help people who are building for the first time?
I do not have final answers to all of them. Writing is how I develop a position, test it against experience, and leave a useful record for myself and others.
